The quincunx aspect occurs when two planets are 150 degrees or five zodiac signs apart. It is also referred to as an inconjunct aspect. In this aspect, the celestial bodies have a hard time relating to one another as they have nothing in common, creating friction and stress. To find the quincunx aspects in your chart, locate the opposite zodiac sign of a planet, and then take note of the two signs that are neighbors to that opposite sign. Although challenges may arise with this aspect, the important thing to note is that it always gives you an opportunity to better understand the parts of yourself that produce inner conflict.
